Currently they are seeking a full-time, permanent Clinical Quality Specialist. Duties Include: Documentation, chart review, support. Lawsuits - quality reviews. Quality metrics/indicators. Correct documentation. Want to be able to prove good charts. Comfortable looking at charts. Must be able to handle highly confidential stuff. |

Skills: Must be able to dissect a charge. Great clinical and computer skills.
Knowledge: Documentation. Organized and analytical mind.
Critical: Detailed. Accurate. Data head. Work with Excel and IT. Highly analytical. Good computer skills. A communicator - comfortable with physicians. RN. Prefer BSN. Persistent. Will do lots of writing. Must be comfortable writing - backing up Risk Management. Must be flexible. Can not be thin skinned. Compliance - Risk Management QA certification.
