Currently this hospital is seeking a full-time, permanent ED Operations Nurse Manager.
Duties include: Manage daily operations of a 38 bed department (28 ED and 10 Fast Track). Collaborate with physicians and admitting to assure quality care. Oversight of customer service Monitor budget. Coaching and mentoring. Work with staff in making decisions on best way to provide care in new ER. |

| Qualifications |
Skills: Leadership, customer focus, competent.
Knowledge: Budget, managing groups effectively, leadership principles, managing conflict.
Critical: Proven leadership (3+ years), proven record of pulling together teams, good listener and open to constructive feedback. Approachable. Enthusiastic, diplomatic. ED clinical skills. BSN, MSN preferred. RN license - VA or reciprocal.
Desired: Prior ED Director who wants to step back.
