Bob Gammill, CPC, President: A graduate of The Ohio State University with a Marketing Degree, Bob entered the recruiting business in 1971. His philosophy is to do the right thing by conducting business in an honest and ethical manner.

Steve Grace, Partner, CPC: Steve graduated from Thiel College with a B.A. in Business Administration. He entered the recruiting industry in 1983, and has completed searches from Director to CEO level.

Jon Sammons, Vice President of Operations: Jon graduated from Hanover College with a B.A. in Business Administration. He joined The Gammill Group in 2004, and specializes in mid to upper management level positions in hospitals, healthcare systems, physician practices, and managed care organizations. He is currently responsible for managing the daily operations of the firm.

Jim Passias, DO, Director of Clinical Operations: Jim joined The Gammill Group in 2006, and focuses on filling clinical roles. He brings an extensive understanding and appreciation of the clinical side of healthcare, as he was a practicing physician for 20 years.

Bonnie Trail, CPC, RN, Senior Recruiter: A graduate of Grant Hospital School of Nursing and Heidelberg College, Bonnie has both clinical and nurse management experience in medical-surgical, critical care, and oncology. She also has experience in hospital and physician group practice administration. Bonnie joined the recruiting industry in 1990.

Wes Reed, Senior Recruiter: Wes joined The Gammill Group in June of 2006, and focuses on client development. Wes has over four years in the recruiting industry and provides excellent service to his clients.
