Pulsar IT Extends Recruiting Reach
with New Office open in North Carolina

OH — December 14, 2006 —
Pulsar IT Consulting, Inc. today announced the opening of a new branch in Charlotte,
North Carolina. The new office specializes in the recruitment of Information
Technology (IT) professionals for contract and permanent placement in a region
of the country experiencing a growing need for capable IT people.
The
new branch operates in association with The Perkins Group,
a Charlotte-area firm headed by R. Patrick Perkins, which has specialized in
filling executive and senior level management positions since 1985.
